We worked with Renee Bailey at Tim O'Brien Homes on three different occasions over the past 6 years - and she remembered us right away each time! All three interactions have been a wonderful experience; Renee has an unwavering, joyful, passionate disposition even in the face of competing against things she's not able to control (like a lot location being owned by another developer). Renee provides the time you need and knows pretty much any answer to any question given when considering a home plan, design, lot, finishes, neighborhood, etc. She definitely works for you, and understands your needs. She also works for a great company that focuses on energy efficiency, environmental standards, and is cost conscious (includes many items in their home packages that other developers see as upgrades).To be honest, we ended up not building with Tim O'Brien because the lot we found was not owned by them in that development. We did kind of mourn the loss of the Marigold home plan at (TOB Homes) and working with Renee when we found the lot and location we loved. (Our current developer and the home specialist have the personality of cardboard.) While we may not build again - never say never - we've had great experiences with the service of Tim O'Brien Homes and Renee and would try to find a way to use them.
TOH is great to work with. Ran into Jake W (building professional) while driving through the subdivision looking for a home. Went over and above to help us out. He continues to help us out with anything we need. Our experience with the entire company has been very positive. Highly recommend looking into them if you are looking for a home.
We couldn’t be happier in our new home built by Tim O’Brien homes of Pewaukee. Our Project Manager Spencer was awesome. He is very responsive and made sure our home was built on time and on budget. There were a few things on the front end I would recommend be different such as a lighting budget and making sure you get all of the natural light you want in all of the bathrooms, but for 99% of things we are very happy! Great Job Spencer you made our Dream Home a reality!

We especially appreciated Matt's weekly updates, complete with progress photos and upcoming plans — these updates kept us connected to the process and were always a highlight of our week.After moving in, Anthony Hassemer ensured that our home was in perfect shape. He coordinated and resolved all minor issues reported during the 45-day and one-year warranty periods. Tim O'Brien construction trash in our yard and acrost the hole property line fence. I asked 2 weeks ago for it to be picked up after spending at least an hour picking up my own property.Please let me know how to contact you directly. 11/8/24 I contacted your office and all the other builders on the list. Thank you for picking up most of the garbage.
