Designers Kristin and Leslie were outstanding, offering creative and practical design suggestions. They even took the extra step of reaching out to other builders for inspiration based on our vision board—talk about dedication!Our project manager, Shane, kept everything on track with weekly updates and was always available to answer our questions promptly. The team’s responsiveness was exceptional, even accommodating our decision to add hydronic heating to the lower-level slab and the garage just one week before pouring the concrete. The subcontractors were not only knowledgeable but also executed the installation flawlessly.The build stayed on schedule, and the subcontractors did impeccable work. The finishes, paint, and flooring were absolutely magazine-worthy—every detail was perfect.We couldn't be happier with our home and would highly recommend Westridge Builders to anyone looking to build. Our experience with Westridge in building our house has been very good. We met with Jayne and slowly worked on our plans and lot . . there was no pressure or annoying emails to pester us to go faster but only professional courtesy and respect. Once we started our building process, after a little hesitation, it was only positive and actually fun. They have a schedule you follow and they send you to the people who will help you pick your finishes. It helps to have a little game plan in your head as to what you want, but the vendors were more than willing to help you match everything up and offer suggestions. They were done in the time frame they promised. We have done the 60 day checkup where they fix a list of things we had found lacking. There are still a handful of things that need attendance which will happen at the year anniversary. Chris, the fixer of all things, is very pleasant and eager to serve. It was our first time building and will be our last ( we are retirees ) and it was very positive. Chris and Mark C.
Great experience with Westridge from beginning to end! This was our first experience building a house and Jayne was FANTASTIC to work with on picking out a lot, choosing the right model for us, and working throughout the buying and layout process (including great advice on customizations that we otherwise wouldn’t have thought of). She continued to check in on us throughout the building process as well.Leslie and Kristin were very helpful in the design process and easy to work with. They answered our many questions with the right balance of excellent guidance and ensuring that we were making our own decisions through offering a spectrum of option in their advice so the end result felt like our creation.Shane managed the build process and his expertise, communication, and rigor was confidence inspiring. He brought us along the way during the build while providing thoughtful insight into decisions along the way.We worked with Chris for the minimal warranty work that had to be completed and he was responsive, helpful, and ensured that issues were addressed with urgency.Overall, it was a great experience and we would select Westridge if we ever build again in the future; in addition the experiences above, we appreciate Westridge living up to their commitment of allowing for customization because we were able to make the design “our own” to fit our current and future needs.
We built a home with Westridge Builders in 2021 to 2022. The home was extremely well built. We live in a very windy area and hear nothing inside the home during inclement weather. Our Utility bills are half the cost of our previous home, which again speaks to the quality of Westridge construction. The Westridge support team communicated well with us. Special thanks to Jayne Theo who helped with our design/ lot selection and Shane our expeditor; they were both awesome to work with.
