AGC Custom Homes

We recently moved to the Waxahachie/Midlothian area. We bought a house but needed a shop to be built on the property. Most custom home builders don't do add on shops or garages. When I contacted AGC the receptionist said they do homes, buildings and additions. She asked me what i had in mind. I gave her the rough dimensions. She told me that she would give the information to the owner and he would get back to me. I expected someone to call me in a week or so, but Angel called me back in about an hour. He asked me if we could meet the next day. He showed up prom[ply the next day and we went over my wants and needs for a large work shop. I gave him a hand drawn plan and dimensions for the new construction. Within a week the plans were drawn up and approved by me. My neighborhood has an HOA that Angel worked with. Within a week the plans were approved through the HOA and Angels crews started working. Angel gave me a potential finish date and was very precis. In any construction questions arise. There were some small changes that needed to be made, but Angel had them all taken care of as soon as they came up. The completed project is beautiful inside and out. The workmanship is A plus. Both my husband and I would recommend Angel and his company for any build, small or large.

We moved into our home in September of 2025. After building 2 previous homes, Angel Gonzalez and his team do work that is pretty spectacular. From the designs and finishes to the upgrades, it is better than I have seen from most of these custom builders. The whole AGC team is pretty remarkable. To the ladies in the office, Mr. Chris Oliver, to Angel himself (haven't met him, but my brother and sister-in-law have met with him about building their dream home, true custom home), and to Angel's Brother, who graciously put up our beautiful fence. My wife and I have referred several of our friends to them, who are now building in our neighborhood. As I mentioned previously, my brother! We love everything about our new home. We couldn't be happier. Thank you to the AGC Team for making our family's dreams come true!

This is my second home built with AGC homes in a 2 year time span. I have built several homes including custom and track homes throughout the years. I have met with Angel and think he is a GREAT builder compared to other builders I have used. Not perfect, but he is fair and builds nice homes for sure. Chris Oliver has been AMAZING and has helped me with things relating to both homes that go beyond his job duties. He has become like family and I can’t imagine how my experience would’ve been without him. This man works very hard and definitely earns his money. I would recommend these guys hands down. Contractors are responsive and resolve issues within reasonable timeframes.
