Jocelyne and I visited Luchetta’s model home today at the Watercrest Development in Hunters Pointe Welland, Ontario. We were cordially greeted by Paul Snack who introduced us to the variety of styles of homes being offered in the Watercrest collection as well as the optional upgrades that were available. Paul then proceeded to show us 2 finished homes and 1 currently under construction. The 2 finished homes had upgrades and finished basements. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and the finishes spectacular. We highly recommend considering Luchetta for your next home purchase. In 2021, we came across Lucchetta Homes in Hunters Pointe Welland quite by accident while driving through the area. We were immediately impressed with the beautifully designed exteriors of the bungalows and townhomes, something we had not seen before in other communities. We bought the last available townhome at the time. Although we had limited contact with the builders during construction due to the pandemic, we were completely satisfied with the finished product.The experience of living in a beautiful community, having all the amenities offered at Hunters Pointe, and wonderful neighbours who have become friends, there was no hesitation in our decision to purchase our second Lucchetta home, which we have just moved into. This time around, we had the opportunity to work with the entire team from beginning to end. From Rob and Ed Lucchetta, the designers, operational staff, and the family of tradespeople, we could not expect a better experience.We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lucchetta Homes. Quality design and construction, and an exceptional customer experience throughout the process, are what you should expect and will receive.

We wanted to thank the builders for our beautiful home. We have lived here for 18 months. We have had only 3 problems since we moved in. Each problem was addressed swiftly. We've been in our new home for a few months now and absolutely love it! The design is well thought out and the workmanship has been superb. We had a great team to work with from beginning to end and if we had concerns they were dealt with quickly and worked through.
