I don't recommend GL Homes anymore. Specifically for professionals with 1+ mil to spend on a home. The headache of dealing with this builder after signing the contract is not worth it.

1. The construction manager ignored our written request for pre-drywall inspection, breaching our right to inspection as spelled out in the contract. No acknowledgment, no apologies, no concessions. It was passive-aggressive behavior and insulting.

2. They forced us to pick different floor tiles twice. We ended up downgrading, and the price difference was not reflected on the total cost but instead given "closing cost credit"!

3. They put a double door exactly where we selected door delete.

I will continue to update this review. I will add pictures in the future. For now, you can see the door where it wasn't supposed to be. It reminds me of the "you got one job" memes!!
