I am still blown away by the pleasant buying experience. The Lead Construction Manager DJ -worked diligently to ensure a quick and effective buying experience. He went above and beyond to prepare our home for occupancy, explained the ins and outs of appliance and sump-pump usage and made us feel confident in the quality construction of our home. It had always been a dream of ours to be able to build our very own custom home with JDH. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to do just that, and we moved in to our beautiful new home in September of 2023.

As with any custom build, our project had its challenges. Through every obstacle, the JDH team worked with me on creative solutions to come to reasonable resolutions every time. While there were emotional ups and downs, I had an amazing experience overall. I was glad to experience first hand what it's like to be a client of JDH myself, after meeting so many of them over the years.

I must say Jim is the most talented architect out there, and he brought my vision to life before my very eyes. The project management team then ensured and followed through on every one of my requests to build out every unique detail I dreamt up, even though what I requested had never been done before. It was so exciting to see the home I had envisioned in my mind take form in real life.

The process of building a custom home can be a long one, and having patience is essential! But in the end, it's all worth it. I love my home and recommend JDH to everyone!

Our project with JDH was handled with class, quality, and professionalism. From our initial contact through Facebook, to the home design process, thru selections, construction, delivery and post closing support. JDH has done everything we have asked.

No project of this size is without problems, delays, challenges or issues. Every time we faced one of these obstacles, JDH had a solution and answer to put us back on target.

James, our sales person, was close to perfect: low pressure, responsive, and caring. Jim, the architect, has incredible vision, understanding, and talent - plus he is super easy to work with. Tarah made a very daunting selections process as pain-free as possible. Her design ideas, color selections, and product knowledge helped us build the cohesive design we were looking for. Finally, our project manager, DJ is first class. He made sure the project was done on time, was super easy to work with, handles issues quickly when they came up, and made the entire process easier than I thought possible. I know I am excluding a ton of people that we worked with at JDH throughout this project - but every one of them were great!

If you are looking for a custom home, I don't think you can go wrong with Justin Doyle Homes.
