Soon after renting out an investment property to tenants in West Hartford, the basement flooded - and a few days before Christmas at that! I live in California and feel fortunate to have connected with Nico. Nico and his crew replaced all the sheetrock in the ceiling and 2 walls, replaced the flooring, new trim, added insulation, did some plumbing repairs, paint, etc and put it all back together cleanly - now back to a useable space and looking even better than before. Nico is a good communicator, reasonable prices, provides quality work, and he's a positive person who cares about the finished result and relationships, not just squeezing the maximum profit from the job. I've worked with close to a hundred different handyman/contractors, and my experience with Nico was one of the best. I look forward to working with him on future projects ... hopefully those that are capital improvements and not something like repairing a flooded basement!
