I moved my family down here in Locahatchee a few months back. Before the big move, I had done an extensive research on builders, I have talked to many reps from reputable builders in the area. Don’t get me wrong, i’m sure they are good at what they do but their reps didn’t give me a good vibe. Building a new home is not just a job, but it’s a relationship between you and the builder as the build usually lasts about a year plus. So I wanted to make sure that communication is key which this reps failed to demonstrate. Finally I ran across David Richert from Superior Home Builders. David is a good man with decades of building experience, the man knows everything there is about building a house. Most importantly that he is the owner, whatever my questions or concerns were, he had answers for me almost immediately. He didn’t have to ask for the owner or electrician expert or plumbing expert for the answers which was very important to me. After the build, not only I have gained a good builder but also a good friend! So if you are moving to South Florida and needed a good builder, give him a call!!
