We recently had our home built by Synergy Home Builders, and it was truly the best experience we’ve ever had with a builder. This is the fourth home we’ve built in Palm Beach County, so we’ve been through the process a few times—and none of the previous builders had the same level of professionalism, quality, and service Synergy provided.

From the very beginning, the customer service stood out. Karen in the office was incredibly patient and helpful. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she always followed up quickly and thoroughly. That kind of attentiveness continued throughout the entire process—every question or concern was addressed promptly and professionally.

The construction timeline was ahead of schedule, which is almost unheard of these days. The job site was consistently clean and organized, something not just we noticed, but even our neighbors commented on. There were crews working nearly every single day, and the speed and cleanliness of the build were truly impressive.

We waited to write this review until we had lived in the home for over a year to see how the warranty process would go—and we’re happy to report it was just as smooth and professional. We only had a few very minor issues, and they were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Synergy continued to be attentive and responsive even after the build was complete.

We originally thought this would be the last home we’d ever build, but after working with Synergy, we’re actually considering building again in the future. That’s how positive this experience was. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

We finished our new home (Aston) build last June and are incredibly pleased with Synergy. From Selma helping us make decisions, change orders, etc, to our project manager, Jamie, always meeting with us, answering calls, helping us make the best decisions for our needs. We were prepared for a long stressful process, but were delighted to finish way ahead of schedule and are thrilled with the beautiful work they did. Our neighbors were all shocked at how fast and beautiful of a job they did. We love our new "beach house" and would build another with Synergy in a heartbeat! THANK YOU!! Synergy Homes just finished our modified Winston model and we love it! We had our home built while we were out of state and it came out great. We had a great experience from Mayra in helping find our forever home to Brent our superintendent to make sure we receive a quality build. After taking ownership we found a few issues, but working with Brent and Kylee they held up their promise and had the issues all corrected within 60 days.

I like to say that we are extremely happy at the professionalism at Synergy Homes. From the beginning after meeting with Mayra our Sales Agent as she took care of providing us with all the steps and process of building our dream home. Superintendent Jason and Brent, were amazing in making sure everything in our home was addressed and built in a timely manner. The quality in Synergy Homes are like no other, all our questions were always addressed - our Sales Agent was never too busy to speak with us everytime we called to ask questions or make changes. We are very appreciate of the entire staff we dealt with including Deanne and Karen. Thank you all so very much.
We had previously contracted another Builder, company went under and we loss a large amount of money. Dealing with Synergy Homes was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Let's start off this review with a bit of honesty. you are wasting your time if you call any other builder in Palm Beach county to build a custom home. All of them with the exception of synergy did not want to meet with us and only wanted to give us a ballpark price over the phone and then after deposits they would consider taking on our project.
From the very first person we spoke to Selma made us feel at home that this was the company we were going to go with. She took time to listen to what we wanted and even tried to make our custom house feasible. Even when we were met with setback restrictions and we had to redesign the house completely they made the process painless. Let me be forward with you if you want your house to look like the model then you are going to pay top dollar for it but what you are going to get in exchange is going to be beyond top quality. from the moment that we close on the construction loan we were assigned a builder from within their company his name was Bob.
Bob met with us before anything happened and went over the plan one last time even met us out at the property measured out where the house would be and confirmed that everything was exactly how we wanted it. you are in the process of building your own custom house please understand and you will thank me later that the process is full of surprises either on FPL's part or Palm Beach county building department. The entire team of synergy and Bob make it very transparent to understand what is going on. We have only had to call out for one warranty claim and it was for a garage door opener issue the house that they built for me my wife and my family is truly a forever home and everyone that visits our house can't compliment enough the quality and how well it is constructed. We truly can't praise this company enough!! Thanks for building our home!
