Atwater by Olthof Homes

We had a wonderful experience building with Olthof Homes. From the first interaction through the entire process, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. What really stood out to us was the level of care and follow-through. After exploring multiple builders, it became clear how much that consistency matters, and Olthof delivered every time. We love our home. The layout is well thought out, with rooms that feel comfortable and usable without wasted space. There’s also a noticeable attention to everyday details that make living in the home easier. After taking time to explore other options and even revisiting a few, we’re confident we made the right choice. We’re grateful for such a smooth experience and would absolutely recommend Olthof Homes.

Atwater by Olthof Homes s a great location. In my opinion, the price is good compared to other homes in Westfield and Hamilton County. The quality seems to good too. I have not had any issues (closed Feb 2026). The community has a couple of ponds with walking paths around them. It's peaceful to walk and listen to the fountains. The sales person, Catherine, is fantastic! She answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. She provided weekly updates with pictures throughout the building process even though I only lived 1.5 miles away and could drive by anytime. I would recommend choosing a home in Atwater.
