Atwater by Olthof Homes s a great location. In my opinion, the price is good compared to other homes in Westfield and Hamilton County. The quality seems to good too. I have not had any issues (closed Feb 2026). The community has a couple of ponds with walking paths around them. It's peaceful to walk and listen to the fountains.The sales person, Catherine, is fantastic! She answered all of my questions with patience and honesty.She provided weekly updates with pictures throughout the building process even though I only lived 1.5 miles away and could drive by anytime. I would recommend choosing a home in Atwater.
Bought a duplex in July 2023. Great neighbors, walking trails are nice, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
