They truly went above and beyond, especially given the difficult condition of the old structure, which had mold, asbestos, and a leaking roof. Doug and his team addressed every issue with professionalism, care, and complete transparency, ensuring all hazards were safely and thoroughly remediated.In addition to installing a new heat pump system and renovating the entire new interior, Doug guided us through the administrative challenges as well. He helped us obtain the building permit, navigated the long and tedious inspection process, and made sure everything was done properly so we could receive the occupancy permit at the end.The transformation is remarkable. What was once a problematic building is now a beautiful, functional space thanks to their vision, expertise, and dedication. Doug and his team at BDG are the best. This was the third and largest project we have done to our house, but our first with BDG. Our project involved a second level addition and new roof built onto our 120 year old house.The guys came every day, sometimes staying past 6, to get the project done on time.What really makes them stand out is how much they care about their work. We had an issue a few weeks after the project finished and Doug was at our house within an hour on a Saturday night and had it fixed right away.Wonderful builders - I would never work with anyone else.The results speak for themselves (see photos)
