I have had multiple issues with Fieldgate Homes since moving into my property, and the customer service has been consistently terrible. The admin staff and site supervisor (especially Reyhana) have been extremely rude and dismissive every time I have tried to get issues resolved. Most recently, the staff sent to my home to fix flooring concerns were disrespectful and left without properly addressing the problem. The issue is still not resolved, and I felt completely ignored and brushed off. The overall experience has been unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. I would NOT recommend buying from Fieldgate Homes based on the lack of respect, poor workmanship, and refusal to take homeowners’ concerns seriously. Worst experience I have had with a builder.

The worst excuse for customer service. No one responds to emails. When things aren’t done properly due to poor construction everyone else is to blame but them. The response is either it is home owners maintenance or it was void because something was altered. They delay the closing during the pandemic due to union strikes and then rush and build the house poorly so they collect their money. Wasted our time and have the absolute bare minimum. We purchased in Pickering and it has been beyond exhausting to deal with them. Update. Received a call today from Debbie and was told the mould of disgusting and they cannot work on it till I clean it up. This was an extremely demeaning conversation to have first thing in the morning. This was caused by their poor workmanship… this bathroom hasn’t been used since the last tech came to inspect… we know it’s disgusting and hence why we are having this conversation. Most people don’t have the luxury of taking unlimited days off to be at home to watch them fix their poor workmanship. Multiple days off with little to no results. Pointing fingers and playing the blame game isn’t going to win nothing. Results are what matter. Will never purchase or recommend again.

Hello, I am disappointed to see on your website you indicated Fieldgate is here to help yet when their homeowner is asking for help I am unable to recieve it. In 2021 I purchased a pre-construction home. The house closed in 2022 and grass was installed at the end of May 2023. When the front yard grass was installed, it was dead. From the first day I reached out to Fieldgates contact and informed them of the issue. I was told to keep watering the grass to bring it back to life. Although it was not my responsibility to "bring it back to life" I continued to water it several times a day for weeks. Unfortunately instead of grass growing, I had mushrooms grow instead which is a clear indication I was watering it regularly. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks. After finally getting someone they told me there is nothing they can do even through I provided photos of proof that it was installed dead. It is extremely disappointing that after the Fieldgate Homes recieves their money it takes months to hear from a representative and when you do, they can't be bothered helping their homeowners.

Good development in potential area to invest and to live. Close to the highway and other amenities. But unfortunately everything is sold out.
