They went and closed with the person I assigned my home to causing a major loss. Better to stick with a builder who would not be so unscrupulous. Better to stick with bigger builders like Fernbrook, Mattamy, Madison, Treasure Hill etc. Would be careful buying into other projects with this enterprise.
