I wanted to create an extra room at the end of a large basement room so that I could have bunk beds in there for the grandchildren. Al understood the plan and sent Rick to do the work. As promised he built a room which by the time he finished looked as though it had always been there. A great job beautifully done. Recommended.
Al, the owner of Above All Contracting, was a pleasure to deal with on the repairs of our rental unit in Burnaby which had sustained damage from a leak in the roof (part of the ceiling fell off with water damage). Al was so helpful and responsive, which was a great comfort during a tough situation for my family, as I live on Vancouver Island and couldn’t be there in person to help coordinate the repairs.Rick did a wonderful job on the drywall repairs and painting. The job was done well, done quickly, and everything was left perfectly clean when they finished. I would highly recommend Above All to anyone looking for a contractor. Great experience all around.I hired Above All Contracting to again do repairs at my family's house in Burnaby, but this time it was a full basement renovation due to a water main leak / flood.The quality workmanship and care put into this renovation was just as high as the first time I worked with Al a few years ago! Al and his crew are amazing! Friendly, helpful, reliable, fair. A portion of our fence blew down the week before Christmas and I was so worried about my dogs getting out. Even tho the weather was terrible and not conducive to putting up a fence at that time he came and put up temporary fencing so my dogs would be safe through the holidays. THAT is going above and beyond. Once the weather cleared they came and finished replacing the section that blew down. Highly recommend!!
This is a full review of Above All Contracting on an install for a full heat pump and central air in a townhome. First and upfront, Above All Contracting is the best and easiest contractor I have ever used. I have used contractors in both the United States and Canada and they are above all the number one contractor I have used.The install of the central air which was the largest task was done professionally and cleanly. They figured out problems and had novel solutions for complex issues.The installation of the heat pump and furnace went spectacular and all dry wall with painting made it look like nothing had ever changed.If you need contracting done in Surrey choose Above All over anyone. Thank you Al and to your team. You guys are the greatest.
