Great people
Michael Grassi is by far the best builder in the area. One of the nicest guys and most willing to meet a buyers needs even after the sale. When it comes to building a house the home builder is by far the most important decision in the whole process because it will make or break the overall experience. You will notice that with a classic builders home you get a lot of value over their competitor for a much more reasonable price. Just a couple things that come to mind are granite in the bathrooms (one of the top builders in the area uses plastic laminate in the bathrooms), the back patio area is 2-3x bigger in a classic builders home vs the competition, sink in the laundry room, lights above and below the cabinets. Overall, if you want a great home from a great builder you will give Michael Grassi a call.
Poor communication and no paperwork or receipt given for a deposit. I left several text messages that were never answered. Very disappointing.
