Miller Family Homes

I don't know how else to reach your team since the phone number I have is no longer working. I am the owner of Flamingo Ink, who you ordered yard signs from in April. You begged for an account and as soon as I gave you any amount of credit you skipped out on payment. This is not OK.

I am so happy we chose Miller Family Homes to build our home. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of building to go talk to them. The quality far exceeded our expectations. We visited our build site often and anytime we had questions or concerns they were answered promptly. Courtney our design specialist was amazing and so helpful! Eric managed the build and was on top of everything and has VERY high quality standards. Kevin kept us updated weekly on schedule and progress. We are so excited to be living in our new home!!! Miller Family Homes are AWESOME ! They made the whole building process so easy. Check them out! UPDATE: While the building process went fairly smooth they have completely dropped the ball after closing. We were to have a 90 day walk through, we closed Jan 22 and after MANY calls about a few issues, we FINALLY got someone there August 7th. Then a couple of weeks later a guy came to address the issues. There was one issue that couldn't be addressed that day and was told he would be back the following week. Well tomorrow is October 1st and I have yet to hear from him. We have water coming in our garage and the trim is soaking it up and it is getting worse every time it rains. Also, the lot next to us is undeveloped and has snakes, mice and skunks living in the extremely tall weeds. The neighbor across the street is experiencing the same issues with the overgrown area next to her house. I have been trying to call the office and the office phone says they are unable to take any calls. very frustrating. Changed my original 5 star rating to 3 stars due to lack of follow through after purchase.

The builder delivered excellent quality throughout the project. The materials were high-grade, and the craftsmanship showed great attention to detail. Everything from the foundation to the final finishes was done with care, and the result is a solid, well-built home. Small details like paint, fixtures, and tile work were completed smoothly, with no noticeable flaws.

“The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. Every aspect of the home is beautifully designed and carefully constructed, reflecting their expertise and dedication.” “What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. For example, beautiful windows, wide hallways, tall ceilings , etc “I highly recommend Miller Family Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and talented home builder.
