Nies Homes Inc

Nies built our home and we absolutely love it. From design to completion, the Nies team was always collaborative and professional. We felt everyone involved in the process was customer focused and had great recommendations. Thank you for the great experience.

Nies builds high quality homes. They take pride in the fact that they focus on quality and they help you every step of the way to make selections and keep the job moving. We love our home-the quality and the beauty! They are one of few builders in the area that offered a 2-story plan, which is what we were looking for.

It was a pleasure to work with Nies in building our new home. Their creativity through the design process and the way they listened to what we wanted allowed us to create a home we love. The building process was smooth and organized. We would definitely build a home with Nies again.

our home with the Nies family was probably the best “move” we have ever made! As everyone knows, the home building process can sometimes be overwhelming with structure, decorating and financial decisions to be made one right after the other. The folks at Nies took us by the hand and walked us through this journey with limitless patience and vast expertise. The end result far surpassed our expectations...we love, love, love our Nies home and every individual we encounter there, from the president to the project manager. We tell all our friends who are thinking of building to use Nies Home and some of them took our advice. We are thrilled for them and confident their experience will imitate ours. just now

Best home builder in Wichita, KS! Tremendous design team created a custom home that perfectly matched our vision. The Nies team is with you every step of the way...which was especially critical due to out-of-state relocation to KS!! Project manager was in the loop on every detail and communicated well throughout the entire build. This is the 3rd home I have built...and this was by far the best experience I've had. Completed on schedule...never cut corners. Change order process was easy and well documented. I've lived in our home for over 18 months, and still couldn't be happier every time I walk through the door!! Highly recommend Nies Homes...will definitely use them on any future builds in the Wichita area.
