Perfection Builders

I love working with Sandie Poston and Matt Pommier over in their Andover and Wichita communities! They're both phenomenal communicators and have consistently gone above and beyond for my clients. Their dedication to making sure your home is truly YOUR home shines through above all else. I've had the pleasure of seeing almost all of their homes for sale in Andover, and many others in the Wichita area. Fantastic builds, plus accommodating and friendly agents makes them an excellent choice for buying a new move-in ready home or commissioning your own custom build!

Poor workmanship, low quality products and cuts lots of corners. Tons of issues and lots of excuses. After living in our new house for 3.5 years the AC went out and was told the unit was much older than 3.5 years. I would highly recommend building with a real builder and not Pretend Builders.

I recently built a house with Perfection Builders. Because I was moving to Wichita from out of state, most of the build took place when I was 1,300 miles away. Karen Clothier with Perfection’s Design Center helped me tremendously with all the details related to the options for the interior through photos and videos. She was very responsive whenever I called with a concern. The Construction Superintendent on my house, Travis Simon, was exceptional…he communicated with me whenever there was a question or a concern. If there was a problem, he outlined it and gave me options to help me decide. Overall, the process went smoothly and I am very happy with my new home. After living here a few months, I can appreciate the thought that went into how the houses were designed and their placement on each lot. I highly recommend Perfection Builders.

I have had repeated plumbing issues. 6 back-ups in 6 years. Camera shows a dip in the line. Crown molding has completely split in half in living room and kitchen. It needs to be replaced but P.F. Builders would only attempt to repair it with bondo. Cracks are noticeable and unsatisfactory. Our sprinkler system's well pumps have failed. I was told that it was because of a cheaper low quality pump. Also, most homes have significant cracking issues in their concrete. Most if not all have taken place in the first 2 years. UGH. Think twice before choosing them or at least do your due diligence.

DO NOT buy a home from Perfection Builders! I live in Auburn Lakes and do not recommend buying a home here. Once your home is built they will ghost you. I have several issues that need to be resolved and NO ONE will respond to those issues. This is definitely not maintenance free living! The list is long on my complaints that are not being addressed. Stay away from this builder and all of their properties. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.
