We contacted Corey whenever we made a change to our house plans and he was gracious and helpful. He always followed through, keeping us informed via phone calls and emails. The Kintner crew stayed on task with building our home to our satisfaction. We are impressed with the quality of the materials used to build our home, both inside and out. The trim, electric, plumbing, everything was done to perfection. The Superior Walls basement is phenomenal. The Kintner crew takes pride in building a beautiful home. It is my great pleasure to highly recommend Kintner Modular Homes for those interested in building a manufactured home (and even to those who never considered it!). We weren’t convinced if modular was a great option until we starting working with Kintner and now have our beautiful home – to which no one even believes is a modular. Kintner, particularly their excellent salesperson Dennis Yun, spent so much time with us, making our dreams a reality with all of the customizations we were looking for in our home. Even though they have countless floor plans available for you to pick from, you can take any of them and tweak them to make it work for you. Every question, concern, and need we presented them with throughout the entire process was taken care of and addressed to our satisfaction, and beyond. I know a few people that have Kintner homes and it gives me great comfort when I hear that the customer service even after your home is completed is outstanding. I am so proud of my Kintner home!
