We are very pleased with our new home which was built by Kent. Every aspect of the process was positive. The team at Kent is very professional and knowledgeable. We have lived in our home for a year and have zero complaints. We could not come up with any warranty issues after one year - it is an exceptional experience working with Kent.

We recently had our one year warranty review. Our rep, Hunter, was so helpful. I had made a list of minor issues and wondered if there were issues that I was missing. Hunter found some on his own and added to the list. The entire process from picking options to the one year warranty was impressive. Our prior house was designed by an architect and built by a custom builder. The Kent Homes process was every bit as good as the other. Highly recommend!

Very professional and helpful during the home selection experience. We were thinking of Kent and another builder, but Kent has a very refined and complete process of building a house and that is what made us feel comfortable. Plus Kate was awesome to work with answering all of my questions! We are really looking forward to building our home with them

We are at the pre-selections stage, but if the rest of the transaction goes as well as the first phase, it will be 5 star across the board. I kept waiting for the experiences others describe with OTHER builders - nope, not here. Kate is super smart and in her element - building/designing/working with clients. She listens and then translates to paper in the form of drawings. If you are only considering building, it is worth meeting with Kate - she will put your mind at ease. I was on the fence about building and all of my concerns were quickly alleviated.

She brought great ideas to the table and helped us make smart choices that balanced style, functionality, and budget. We also want to recognize Carol Autry, our new home consultant for the Sunset Reach community. Carol has been fantastic from day one — incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient as we worked through all the details. Together, Ella and Carol have made this experience an absolute pleasure. We couldn’t recommend Kent Homes more highly to anyone looking to build a quality home with a team that truly cares about their clients.
