I've heard of build nightmares my entire life & believe most folk that decide to build have a fear that it'll be a dog fight to get what they want & have it done in a truly professional manner. We came to Trevor & his group through my in-laws who had him build their house 2 yrs ago & it is one of the most solid construction jobs I'd ever seen so we didn't hesitate to involve Trevor in our build. Lanphear Builders constructed our current home. We had five previous homes built and this is the finest quality by far, although not the most expensive.
