BK Cornerstone Design Build Ltd.

We built with BK Cornerstone in 2025. They built our dream house! The process was unbelievably seamless and flawless. The communication, the effort they go through to make it as easy and convenient is amazing! We have already recommended them to anyone and everyone we hear are building in the future. Not only was the process so great, the product is unmatched. Every detail of our house is perfection. From the trim work to kitchen to staircase to the smallest of details. Just unbelievable top notch work! We love our home! We couldn't imagine building with anyone else. 10/10. Highly recommend. Thank you BK!

While I haven't purchased a home with BK Cornerstone. I’ve had the privilege of working with them as a software provider. Brent & Gina's growth mindset and commitment to customer experience are truly inspiring. It’s clear they prioritize innovation and customer satisfaction in everything they do. BK is not just building homes; they’re building a reputation for quality and forward-thinking in the industry. Highly recommend them to anyone considering their next home!

I have had the pleasure of working with the BK Cornerstone Team through our Partnership on Habitat for Humanity builds for a few years now. Their workmanship is incredible, and time and again, they help us achieve remarkable results in quality, energy efficiency, and emissions. Not only is the quality of their work and attention to every detail amazing - but their customer service, responsiveness to every question and concern, as well as their commitment to our community is unmatched. I wish I could provide even higher than a 5 star rating! Thank you to the entire BK Cornerstone Team!

We built our home with BK in 2014 and it turned out beautifully. We constantly have people stop to ask who our builder was when we are outside. I think overall its always a stressful experience to spend so much money on something you can't see before its done! With any new build home there will be unforeseen issues that come up throughout the process and BK was always fair and eager to make it right. Ben and Chris were great to work with, especially when I had some very specific design choices they wen't sure about, or when I came up with something to add on during the process! They met our tight deadline and were flexible so we could get in our home on the same day we closed our old home. Our process was pretty smooth overall and in the end there were very few outstanding items. Now, 4 years later, there are a few things that we wish we would have done a little differently, but its hard to think of everything before you move in. If you are looking to build a custom home without having to be your own general contractor, BK is the right choice for you!
