HD Development Group

I had a great experience with HD Development Group. Their service was excellent from start to finish, and the team was very understanding and supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to help me, answer my questions, and made everything much easier than I expected. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and professional service.

No wonder HD Development won the Windsor-Essex builder of the year award. We had an excellent experience working with HD Development from start to finish. Michael Habib, our builder, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. He was transparent, responsive, and genuinely cared about delivering quality work. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and we always felt confident that we were in good hands. We also want to recognize Khodr Habib, the realtor, who was equally fantastic. He was patient, informative, and very supportive, making the buying process smooth and stress-free. His communication was clear, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. Overall, HD Development exceeded our expectations. The teamwork between the builder and realtor made a big difference, and the final result reflects their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend HD Development, Michael Habib, and Khodr Habib to anyone looking for a trustworthy builder and a seamless home-buying experience.

Phillip, in particular, has been a standout. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond has made all the difference. Whether it was answering our questions or ensuring we understand all the systems in our house, Phillip has been an invaluable resource—always responsive and incredibly helpful.
