Customer Reviews
Rashid F.
J. Rauti Custom Homes built our home 10 years ago and it was a great experience, the entire team was great to work with and John, Joe and Mary made us feel like family. Looking back now with 10 years of experience living in the house I can honestly say that our house was and is better built than any other builder at the time and any builder since. Until today our house looks brand new inside and out and even better than the builders that charge 50% more for their homes. Thank you J. Rauti!

We recently built our home with J. Rauti Homes, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. A special thank you to Toula, who was incredible in every way. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free for us. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build.

We had the pleasure to deal with John while booking our new house on LakeShore Estate site. He took his time to explain all our options. He really worked with us to pick the right layout, shared his experience and knowledge to make great suggestions. We can't wait to meet the rest of the team during the construction phases of our house.
Dan Radmore
Great company operated by a great family. We love our home and I can't say enough about how fantastic they have been with any warranty issues. They dealt with any concerns we have had promptly and professionally.
