Bluestone Homes Inc.

I was referred to Sunil & Bluestone Homes by a friend regarding a broken door jamb on my garage. Sunil was quick to respond and have a team come out to assess the situation. He went through what caused the issue, the proposed solution and steps to remedy the issue along with a very reasonable quote. The team from Bluestone finished the job in a few hours and were very professional and friendly throughout. Once finished, they cleaned up everything and came out to make sure everything was completed properly. I’m so glad I was referred to Sunil and his team! Based on my encounter I would happily go back to them for future projects and recommend them to all.

We interviewed many, many builders and finally chose Bluestone Homes...and we're so happy we did! The best thing about Sunil has to be his communication skills. No matter where he was, or what he was doing, he always answered our calls and gave us detailed, easy to understand explanations to our questions or concerns. This says a lot, because throughout our build, he got married, went on his honeymoon and had his first child, but through all these major life events, he was always accessible. We started off by throwing him a curveball: we were going to live on-site in a garage apartment throughout the entire project; demo to move-in. Sunil, Kevin and their contractors were all very respectful and accommodating. Sunil is also very honest and spends your money like it is his own money. Through every upgrade option he weighed all the pros and cons with us and truly expressed which ones he would do and which ones he would pass on. His team is also very organized and everything was put on paper with clear amounts so there were never any surprises. He was flexible with allowing us to choose and purchase some materials on our own rather than forxing us to use his preferred suppliers. Most importantly, Bluestone Homes was on budget AND on time, which is almost unheard of in new construction. Every neighbor tells us how gorgeous our new home is and often we catch vehicles slow down as they drive by to admire it. We've been living here for almost 9 months now and have enjoyed every day. We would not hesitate to recommend Bluestone Homes and are proud to say that Sunil and Kevin are not only our builders, but also our friends!

While shopping for builders, we saw a bluestone home and instantly fell in love. We put them at the top of our list and set a meeting. Sunil was able to give us advice and explain the whole process to us as well as work with our budget. Bluestone was super accommodating in all of our requests and were there every step of the way to help with any questions we had. We quickly learned that every business associated with bluestone homes was focused on delivering not only quality product but excellent customer service.. this gave us so much peace of mind when making all these big decisions. It was so much fun watching everything come together! We really appreciated the fact that Kevin listened to all our concerns and was there to fix up anything big or small that we weren't happy with. Most people say that building a home is one of the most stressful things you can do in life but we are happy to say that was not our experience. The bluestone Home Team is incredible and we highly recommend them for your next home build or renovation.

An amazing experience working with Bluestone Homes. Sunil and Kevin are great guys to work with. The trades they hire did a great job and everything was on schedule . They completed our commercial project which is a Grocery Store in Winnipeg. Sunil was very accomodating throughout the project and always listened to us. I would definitely hire him again.

Our family lives in a DREAM property, thanks to Bluestone Homes. Top-quality construction, with beautiful design and a few little cheeky surprises (awesome bar area in the kitchen and a pot filler for the doggie bowl), we simply love our home. As a top rated Realtor in Winnipeg, I get the pleasure of showing nice infill properties across the city and if you're on the fence about building a new home - call Bluestone and have the conversation.
