Hearth Homes

We recently completed our build with Hearth Homes and had an overall very positive experience. While there were a few hiccups along the way (which is to be expected with any build), the overall experience was very good. The team was accommodating, patient, and always willing to answer our many questions and requests without pressure or frustration. What stood out most was the personal, family-business feel — everyone was friendly, approachable, and transparent about what was and wasn’t possible. There was never any sense of a hidden agenda, just honest communication and realistic expectations. We felt listened to throughout the process and appreciated the time they took to make sure we were comfortable with decisions. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a builder who values relationships and clear communication.

Building our home with Hearth Homes was an incredible experience, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. From the first meeting to long after the keys were handed over, the entire team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. A huge thank-you to Matt W. for keeping everything running seamlessly, and to Adam W. for guiding us clearly through the financial side. Linda was the reason we chose Hearth—her professionalism and honesty gave us confidence right from the start. Brandi turned our ideas into a beautiful design, while Ryan ensured the outside of our home was just as stunning as the inside. We worked closely with Wade throughout the build—his responsiveness and support made the process easy and enjoyable. Alex the site supervisor has continued to help us even after the build was complete, which truly shows Hearth’s commitment to their clients. He is super easy to work with and made sure everything met our satisfaction. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer care exceeded our expectations. We can’t thank the Hearth Homes team enough and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to build their dream home.

We have recently finished building our new home with Hearth. With all the horror stories and complaints I hear about home builders, we were definitely expecting something we wanna complain to our friends about. But we had no stories to share because everything went super smoothly! From the start, Linda (sales) was transparent with us about prices and realistic with the expectations she was setting with us. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy anything or commit. We got line by line itemized pricing for our house before we even had to pay a penny for deposit. Having tried to get estimates from other builders (no one gave us an exact number or they wanted 7k in deposit before estimate), this was a pleasant surprise. Well... Maybe she's just really good at sales? And we'll get hit with a bigger mortgage later? Nope!! The project came under budget, and we got ALL the upgrades we wanted! Quartz countertops everywhere, custom cabinets (with upgraded drawers) and custom entertainment wall. We didn't have to cheap out on finishings, we went all out on exactly what we wanted for upgrades and still stayed within budget. The communication during the build was exceptional. Any questions we had was answered within 1-2 business days, often much sooner. We were also able to consult with our project coordinator if we are unsure about our choices. Finally... Every house build gets delayed right? Yup, ours too...but only by 2 weeks! Ground broke end of January and we are living in the house now in early July. Quality so far is great! If course time will tell the quality of the house. But we are confident that will meet and exceed our expectations as well! Thank you Hearth team!!!

The Hearth team is a great overall builder. I have worked with hearth for a while now and not only is there office and field team great, but the trades they hire are great as well. As our scope of work is everything from after rough in to prime and paint ready (drywall stage) then back again for final check out, I see the over all process of the houses and hearth always puts time and effort in to making sure everything is exceeding expectations. Great and honest home builder in every aspect.

Building a new home with Hearth Homes is an easy and rewarding experience. They worked diligently with us to build our forever home. Communication was easy and straightforward. No surprises with them. The trades they hire are quality craftsmen. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Best experience yet with getting a brand new home, not just a house. Wonderful people to deal with and we strongly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.
