The houses were average but the employee didn't take the time to walk with us, we had an appointment, and talk about what he coukd and couldn't do. He just said illcome up with some cost when you get done if you're interested and walked away.

With LGS, every way of the construction process while house is being built, you will be put at ease, because you are inform on what going on with your project. I'm finally in my home and loving it. The floor plan is great and put together great. Thanks LGS homes for the house design for me. Try this company you want regret it ??.

We purchased our home from LGS homes during the covid outbreak. We were told by Larry that they were behind on the warranty work. So my wife and I waited patiently for three years. We contacted Larry and was told he would call us back the next week. That was 5 weeks ago. We have large cracks in our walls and the flooring is bulking and breaking in the home. Talked to Larry about the flooring and he said he was sorry we have that type of flooring he doesn't use that type anymore. So what are we supposed to do. I guess my wife and are left with a very expensive mess to clean up. I would not recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a builder. They will tell you what you want hear, but they will not follow through with what they say. Ashton you never completed what you were supposed to do and no you didn't not respond to me until 2 hours after the review was posted. We will not be bothering you anymore. We will take care of the issues ourselves. Must be nice to run a business and not be accountable for anything. Never again!!!

We built a modular home through LGS and we're very satisfied with the process. We chose a floor plan through Nationwide homes, but Larry helped us make several customizations to make our dream home. I think the homebuilding process always has some bumps and delays, but I was very impressed with the communication from LGS about any issues that arose. We never plan to build another home, but I would absolutely recommend LGS for anyone else building in the area.

We are in love with our home. We had a floor plan that we wanted so very bad, took to LGS and they picked out one that was almost exact. It had many things we wanted. Especially the large shower in master bath and large closet...large bedrooms...and plenty of space in the kitchen and living room. The floor plan was very open. I love everything about my home, we got the Laramie. Everyone we have worked with has been great. They have been helpful, understanding and able to answer any question we had. Rain delayed us, other than that...we were in our home within the time line they had given us. If we were to ever need another home, which we plan this to be our forever home...we would always go back to LGS. I recommend them to anyone, anyone looking for a new home that wants to be treated with respect, this is the place.
