While the process of hiring and working with a residential builder is many times hit or miss, the experience working with TGH was exceptional. From their professionalism, customer service, attention to detail and the rare ability to deliver on the schedule that they promised, we would work with them again in a New York minute. Their staff, AND real estate and interior design partners, are personable and exceptional in the competency to do what they do with an awesome level of efficiency.
Third Generation builds a really high quality home. They stand behind their product and are very willing to make your house exactly what you want. We have been in our new home for a year now and are very happy with Third Generation. What makes Third Generation outstanding is their people. From the office personal, to the owner Andrew, the whole company is amazing. Our project manager Alex was the absolute best and could not have imagined that the build could have gone any better. After the one year anniversary, Third Generation sent Jonathan to handle the cosmetic repairs due to the house settling. This is a common thing with new homes. Their was not that many issue.
