The Burgess Homes crew really came through for us on our new home build. We had ideas for a unique design we wanted going in and to see them brought to life is truly special.We were able to choose everything exactly how we wanted it from the orientation of the home on the land down to the baseboard trim style. Every detail has been carefully looked after and done with the sort of top notch craftsmanship I hoped for. It's even energy efficient which should help us on energy cost in the long run. They really go the extra mile to deliver a great product.The team has been professional and attentive through the process. It's hard to choose a contractor to trust to build the largest investment of your life but we made the right decision here.

Jason’s keen eye to a quality build and workmanship is next to none. With so many builders out there, that just want to put the house together quickly and not pay attention to the little details, or listen to your questions and concerns. Jason and his team were there every step of the way building this home and making it quality yet still keeping it my budget. His communication throughout the building process was out of this world whether it was texts, emails, phone calls, or communicating through his builder app was exceptional. From taking a Floor plan that I had found to building it and customizing it to make it my own Jason was there and made sure that we were still in budget and did not sacrifice any quality throughout the entire home. He built my home directly behind my old existing home, even with the challenge of having an existing home 12ft off the front of the new home he took the challenge and ran with it and build a fantastic home and the execution behind building the home with an old home directly in front of it I’m positive that most builders would not have taken that challenge and Jason knocked it out of the park! If you're looking for a builder/contractor that genuinely listens to you, and makes every attempt to meet your construction needs, Jason Burgess of Burgess Homes LLC and his team of qualified builders are exceptional. It was very challenging to find a builder that would sit down with us to truly understand our vision, especially during a construction boom. Jason met with us and provided a professional presentation of how he conducts business, and constructs a turnkey home from the ground up. We had met with quite a few builders in the area that are, to put it simply, only interested in turning out quick builds for extreme cost, and without concern for quality. Some builders wouldn't even meet us to listen to what we wanted unless we met a certain budget threshold that satisfied THEM. This was NOT the experience we had with Jason Burgess. In fact we were leaning towards holding off on a build this past year until we sat down with him. The pride Jason takes in quality workmanship is evident, as well as his willingness to work-in last minute creative details at our request. He is also available to communicate, and he immediately responded to each and every concern we had throughout the whole process. The communication alone is a really big deal with a ground up complete custom home build.We felt involved with the build, which alleviated the general anxiety that comes with the process. Even with supply chain issues ever present, we never felt left in the dark, or behind schedule. I highly recommend Jason and his team for any construction needs you may have!
Jason was absolutely amazing in the building of our carport. He was extremely professional, coordinated everything we needed and takes great pride in his craftsmanship. For us communication is a big factor when working with any contractor or service professional and Jay was always in touch during the entire process.
