It’s been a few weeks since we moved into our beautiful Wingspan home and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. 10/10 from start to finish. While building a new home is exciting it’s also very overwhelming and stressful. Having a good team makes all the difference so it’s important you make the right decision. Wingspan gets it done. The process was smooth and as stress free as you can get. If there were any bumps in the road (which is completely normal and expected with building) they handled it and then some. Everyone was wonderful to work with and the communication was top notch. I’ll miss the journey and working with everyone. If you want to build and be happy with the end result Wingspan is the only way to go!!

We have worked with multiple builders and Wingspan is by far is the best for all the reasons below: 1. Clarity and frequency of communication overall: They were very good about regular communication, Christine would send weekly status emails almost every week. They were super responsive to any questions or concerns I had and would usually get back to me within a day or two, even if it was to tell me they were working on getting me an accurate answer. 2. Keeping to budget (and prompt communication of any budget issues): The team was pretty good about the budget and sticking to what we had agreed to, there were changes we made that would lead to changes on the budget and any time they ran into a budget change from the quote (it was not often) they would communicate it pretty quickly and before they moved forward to make sure we understood the issue or change. 3. Keeping to timeline (and prompt communication of any timeline challenges): This is the second house we have built from the ground up and our first house required a massive renovation after water damage. Wingspan is by far the most communicative contracting/builders company we have worked with. There will always be timeline issues which is what we've come to realize, but they are open and up front when they come up and let us know right away. They do everything they can to stick to timelines but adapt when they have to. 4. Quality of workmanship: As I noted this is the 3rd house we've had major work done on, and the quality on this one is by far the best, they add little touches that even though we thought we thought of everything, they obviously know more and things we didn’t think to ask for that they include. When there were issues (minor) after move in regarding a thing here or there, they would be here within the week to address them. No push back or questioning if it is really an issue (or even making us have to prove it, which a friend of mine experienced when he built his house). Stuff was always going to come up through the build and after the move but they are always responding and coming by to assist.

I really never thought my “dream home” was a possibility! Finding the property AND an amazing builder was awesome. Mike George and his whole team were amazing to work with. They were clean and respectful and communicated everything! The quality of the craftsmanship is top of line! We encourage anyone interested in a beautiful house to reach out to Wingspan! Mike and his team at Wingspan provide outstanding service and they build high quality homes. Prior to choosing Wingspan we visited homes Wingspan was constructing and we noted the foundation and the framing quality. We visited our custom home build site every weekend and we witnessed most stages of the build. Wingspan exceeded our expectations. Our home was built during the tail end of the Covid epidemic and Wingspan never failed to obtain all necessary building materials. They promptly pay their contractors, and because of this they never had issues getting each phase of the project done on time. Mike and his team have excellent organization and communication skills. We highly recommend Wingspan and we would go with them again if we ever needed to build another home. We would also choose Wingspan if we needed to make alterations to an existing home.

I’m thankful every day for the beautiful home we had built by Wingspan Properties! New construction had always been a dream of mine, but when my husband and I began our first home search in early 2022, it didn’t even feel like a remote possibility. The housing market was in chaos and the supply chain completely unpredictable. Then I found a Wingspan listing and it was everything we could have wanted and more. It actually seemed too good to be true, considering our home search up until that point, but I liked Mike immediately, and I appreciated his honesty about the potential challenges in the process and the steps he had already taken to avoid unnecessary delays and cost increases. He gave us a projected move-in date of Halloween 2022 - essentially a 6 month build - and he never wavered from that timeframe. Sure enough, we had keys in our hands the week of Halloween! I’m also grateful for the guidance and structure that Wingspan provided in terms of the many choices that come with building a home. Christine was always happy to answer my questions, and the many vendors I met with were friendly and informative. Most importantly, the Wingspan team was clear about any pricing changes and extremely fair about reallocating any savings from one part of our budget to another with overages. We would absolutely recommend Wingspan Properties for your construction needs. We would use them again ourselves, but they did such a lovely job with our current home, we plan to stay here forever!
