Valley Quality Homes builds the highest quality home I could find. The delivery, set-up, and finish works is as near perfect as possible. Brandon at the Spokane location did a thorough job in making sure our home was what we wanted. The installation team in sunny side was very approachable and accessible to deal with in regards to my concerns. Over all… very satisfied. We used the recommended contractor for set up and that had a potential to have issues but there were none. My highest recommendation is. Purchase your home from VQC, have patience, and be involved. Unlike most (if not all) other dealerships, customers here are able to modify their homes before construction. Bay windows? You got it. More room in the pantry? Sure. Expend the mud room to make it a dog sanctuary? You bet. More windows, less windows, skylights? Want wood floors throughout? Larger hot water tank? These are the folks to talk with.

We had a great experience choosing, changing and adding to the doublewide we chose. Tom Morin was very helpful from the minute we stepped on the lot. He listened to what we wanted and showed us several models, we chose one and the experience got better from there. We were able to make changes, Tom researched them all , gave us options and we ended up with the perfect house for our retirement. When it was delivered and set up, the inside was spotless. We had an outside light that did not work, and they sent a guy to fix it immediately. We strongly recommend Valley Quality Homes. Ken and Sandi Fein

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They completely traumatized us, and made the home buying experience, the most awful that you could imagine. The salesmen are crooked, and it really feels like the whole thing was just a scam. They know people coming to them are looking for efficiency in their dollar because they are probably not as well off as others, then put them into a bind where they have to pay more if they want their home. We ended up having to hire a lawyer to get our home delivered and prove the salesman forged an updated contract we didn’t sign. Then, not only did it take them over two years to complete our house after saying it would only take four months , the house looks so poorly done that it looks like a ten-year-old’s gingerbread house project. Even after they came and made warranty repairs, the same issues all came back and we are now left with having to hire another contractor to continue to fix the poor quality of craftsmanship that went into the house. Valley Quality is no quality at all. We highly recommend working with anybody else but Valley Quality.

Had a very pleasant experience with Valley Quality. Tom and Marty were very helpful all the way through. We had our home customized just how we wanted it and are very pleased. Their homes are built rock solid. Far superior compared to other manufactured homes and even a lot of site builts! Also you're buying local. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a manufactured home.
