When I called, Joy understood the urgency and offered to have someone come out the same afternoon, but I couldn't make that work. Instead, Jeremiah came first thing the next morning right on time.Jeremiah was incredibly helpful – he not only shut off my main water valve but took the time to show me where it was located. Since the leak was near my neighbor's property line, he even went over to explain the situation and why he needed access to their yard to complete the repair. He ensured them they would put back their landscaping.I had a flight to catch that same day and was stressed about the timing. Jeremiah assured me they'd handle everything, gave me a fair quote, and told me I could leave. Jeremiah kept me updated by text, sent pictures of the work, and had everything completely finished by the time I landed. They even flushed out the residue so I didn't have to when I returned from my trip.It turned out tree roots dislodged the pipe so they also installed a telescopic coupling to help prevent future issues with roots and ground shifting. Joy also followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work. Very professional and reliable service!
