Roberto and Mike were awesome! They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly went over the pricing with me before starting the work. They were extremely courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable in repairing my eroded gas line pipe. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and communicated every step along the way.One thing I especially appreciated was that they put on disposable booties each time they entered the house — such a thoughtful and professional touch. Very pleased with the job that was done. We had old cast iron plumbing that failed and needed to be replaced. We had questions about how things were going to be done. I was impressed when the owner took the time to reach out and talk to me himself. The job ended up being slightly less complicated than originally anticipated, so after it was completed, they called us to say they’d be refunding us $1000. I will definitely use Santhoff again, and would strongly recommend them to anyone else.
First time using this company but they were great. Communication was excellent and the tech arrived on time. Daniel was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Price was very reasonable, especially when compared to bigger companies that do tv ads. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Repaired broken exterior pipe - Ahdor showed up up on time, and after assessing the situation got to work immediately, and located the leak with minimal digging around the yard to locate the actual spot. The pipe had separated at the two elbow joints near where it connected to the water meter, due to old age. He replaced the pipe with upgraded materials (I don't remember the name) and replaced the soil and grass perfectly. I'm very pleased with his work and the speed at which he finished the job. I will call on Santhoff again for my future plumbing needs, though I do hope that will be a long time coming ??
