Quality took our call and a technician came out on a Sunday evening and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. The tech realized the problem was a plumbing issue and got a plumber out to the house immediately. Outstanding service.

James Byers with Quality Heating and cooling was very professional, transparent and took the time to explain the issue and repairs done to my AC unit. My AC unit went out on a Saturday night leaving half my home a sweltering mess. I called them and they fit me into their schedule. James answered all the questions I had and even gave me some recommendations! I saved his number and definitely will be using them again???? thanks again for fixing my AC James!!

James Byers was courteous and knowledgeable. He showed us pictures of two items that should be replaced (and cost to do so) to keep the system running at peak performance. We highly recommend Quality Heating and James to anyone needing anything done.

I had a great experience with James Byers. He was on time, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. James quickly figured out the issue and took the time to explain what was going on and how he fixed it. The work was done efficiently and everything was left clean and working perfectly. It’s refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and truly cares about doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend James Byers to anyone needing HVAC work. I was not too thrilled with the AI answering service. Only because I felt like it leaves you wondering when and if you will get a call back. I was hoping to try and get somebody that evening but did not get a call back until the following day. But overall experience was wonderful.
