Sebastian was very knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe it didn’t take him that long to diagnose the furnace problem. We have had 2 technicians from another company come over before, twice, and we still had the same issue (of course after spending money on both call outs). But this young man was excellent! He said the issue was a common problem, surprisingly, others couldn’t catch it! He explained everything in a very professional manner. He is a good listener and very respectful. I would be recommending this company to everyone I know. Please give Sebastian a raise!!!
Darren did an amazing job. He was called out for a service call and a possible replacement. As soon as he walked in I explained what was happening and he knew exactly what was wrong immediately. He was able to do a tune up and replace a part in a very timely manner. I was very happy with his service and will use Darren again in the future
I don’t even know when to start…BUT PLEASE ,read till the end as Rob’s an angel on earth.To make a long story short, I was on a cruise in the middle of the ocean on December 17/2025, when my furnace stopped working. My friend who lives here when we’re not here contacted me and told me the issue. I tried to called them but wasn’t working due to my location. My friend called them (after hours 24/24, thank god you guys exist) and dealt with Josh. From the first minute ,Josh was awesome with her and take the matters seriously as the cold weather was kicking in and it made my friend feel understood and I felt a little bit less stressed. I was always in contact with my friend via text. A gentleman named Rob came to my house very quickly and found the issue right away. He was kind and respectful . It was getting cold,it was then about only 13C in the house and I was already stressed as we weren’t here and I knew my dog and our friend wouldn’t be able to stay here much longer. Rob was very kind and went to his shop and came back with the piece in needed to fix the problem. I can’t express how much this made me feel way better for my friend, my dogs and also for us to be able to enjoy the rest of our cruise. He also noticed few another thing that needed attention and we’re in process fix this as well. They’re so efficient!Here’s the sweet part :My blink camera always tells me when someone’s getting in or out the house and I’ve decided to look the videos! Then I saw a little miracle :) On his way out,when he was done and it was already kind of late, Rob took the shovel and start to shovel a path for my friend to be able to get to and from her car safely. My eyes teared up and my husband and I were very impressed. I can’t download video but i snapped some pictures from the video . Rob, a BIG THANK YOU,god bless you. It’s a little gesture with a lot of meaning! You have a good heart that’s for sure. I called your office to say the good words. We don’t have much people like you nowadays and what you did will always be in our hearts.Rob did came back to do more work and we’re still very happy :)
Waking up having no heat was not fun, but we had very quick service from Airdrie Air Ltd. Ryan went through our options as to whether we could replace or repair our furnace, followed by Darren who made sure we understood everything completely and made the best decisions for our needs. Both were very professional and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. As an update, we had our furnace replaced today by Harris and Darren and "thorough" is the word that immediately comes to mind. They were thorough in making sure our house was looked after while doing the work, thorough in checking out any potential problems, thorough in the cleanup and thorough in explaining all aspects of their work and the thermostat and furnace itself. It only took a couple of times speaking with the owner, Josh, as well, to understand that the main focus of this company is customer service and satisfaction! Thank you so much!
We had an issue with our furnace. Darren came to my home today and inspected and did some maintenance for the furnace. He identified the problems quickly and solved them. That brings us a peace of mind. He is very professional and has good knowledge about his work. He explained everything very well, including how we can maintain the furnace.
