We noticed our hot water tank had stopped working and called Cascade HVAC Ltd. Cascade was able to send someone to look at it the same day we contacted them. AJ was efficient, professional and took the time to troubleshoot the issue even though we realized our hot water tank was over 10 years old and understood the probable need of a new one. Instead of capitalizing on our acceptance of probably needing a new tank, AJ presented multiple options with full transparency of cost and longevity of the solutions offered. Once we decided to move forward with a new tank, AJ took the time to cost compare and got us an even better tank that held a larger volume and costed less than what we originally had. Cascade was able to have the new tank installed within two days (they had offered sooner availability but our schedule did not allow for this). The HVAC tech Brandon who installed our new tank arrived on time and just as the other members of the Cascade team we had worked with, provided professional and efficient service. Cascade is a locally owned and operated business and you can tell this by how they take care of their customers and do so with integrity. Having a trustworthy and reliable company offering phenomenal service made a huge difference in what could have been a very stressful situation.

Cascade is truly exceptional! Professional, quick, friendly, and most of all honest!! My elderly parents had an inspection done on their home furnace for insurance purposes. That company told them that the furnace did not pass and they would have to replace it. Furthermore, they were being sold a high and furnace $$$ that was not necessary for their home. Cascade came in and did their own inspection, and found that nothing was wrong with the existing furnace. Thanks Cascade for your honesty and ethics.
