All I have to say is you must make your first call to James @ Lamberts HVAC!!!!My furnace stopped putting out heat at 4am on Thursday I did a google search and got a company that was apparently in the top 3 to come and do a service call. The call didn’t go very well as the tech couldn’t diagnose my issue and did some rewiring to get power to my furnace(bypassed my on/off switch) I’m not a electrician by any means by thought this to be strange. So the tech left and said that he couldn’t return that night and for me to by a few plug in heater to get me through till the next day when they would be back. Ya well to say the least I wasn’t very satisfied so I reached out to a few tech and the man that took my call was James from Lamberts HVAC! I had my grand kids staying with me at the time and my house was getting extremely cold and I was panicked a bit so when James took my call he was actually at his sons sports event and didn’t hesitate to address my concerns and come directly to home and fix my furnace.OMG he arrived and 20 minutes later we were up and running. Saved the day for us for sure and from here on in Lamberts HVAC has earned my business. Just to let you know about my first tech company they got back to me with a ridiculous quote and said maybe Monday or Tuesday they can get to us. Think about it 5 days no heat in Alberta weather. Derrick and Jimmy (apologies for incorrect spelling) installed our brand new furnace just in time for winter. Their service was timely, friendly, efficient and affordable. They explained the work and made sure to make accommodations for our pets who would otherwise have access to the work area. We had an excellent experience with Lamberts HVAC Ltd.Back in March they replaced our furnace and installed an air conditioner unit. They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. James walked us through the whole process and gave us several options with quotes that would best suite our needs.The install was in a crawl space which wasn’t ideal but they went to work and had the furnace going by the afternoon.The installation was smooth and non disruptive and their eye for detail and aesthetics is also visually pleasing.Great work.
