It was excellent service provided by Zahoor from Cool Breath HVAC. Our tenant complained that the heating is not working on one of the coldest days in 2026 Jan. I got Zahoor's phone no from someone and called him. He was at the property within 30 min. After all the routine checks he advised to replace the 15 year old furnace. Within the next 4 hours the new furnace was installed! That too at a reasonable cost. Zahoor is professional and very easy to work with. I am a happy customer and would recommend to anyone in the area.

They did a fantastic job cleaning all the vents. Extremely professional and showed me all the vents before being cleaned and showed me all the vents afterwards. They did a very thorough job cleaning and changing my filters and as the ac coils. I could notice a huge difference in the air pressure to the upstairs bedrooms already, before the ac air would not reach the rooms. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. 5+ and they were dog friendly too. Thank you
