We called Rodman's to look at and service an older furnace in a house we just bought. Scheduling was easy and convenient. What impressed my wife was that prior to arriving, she received a text stating that the service tech coming is Logan with a photo of him. She liked this as there are so many door to door sales and you can never be too cautious to who you're opening the door for. Then once he arrived she stated how professional and educated he was for a "young man". He informed her of what he was doing in everyday language. She was so impressed with the level of service, that now I have to write a review!
When we moved into our current house, we had Rodmans install a new furnace, AC and gas fireplace. That work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. After 20 years, it was time to replace the furnace and AC, so we immediately put a call into Rodmans.Their estimate and booking process was seamless and their technicians showed up on time and completed the work without any issues, all while taking the time to show me everything and ensure that I was satisfied with all their work.Having had good experiences with Rodman’s in the past, it was never in question who we would use for this work, but seeing that they are using Canadian made products (Napoleon), this was the icing on the cake.If all of these reasons still don’t have you putting Rodman’s on your consideration list, you should research their community work. They sponsor many organizations within the Durham Region including The Oshawa Generals, Horizon House, Grandview Kids Centre and many more. They are a family run business who have been part of the community for decades and continue to provide the highest level of service.Once again, thank you to Kirk and the team at Rodman’s for the quality work and professional attitude. I was not alone.. Friday before coldest weekend of the winter and my 22 yr old furnace motor kurplunk..Rodman had Logan arrive within 1 hr and arranged quote for new furnace asap.. I also choose Napoleon having had one in prior residence.. Techs arrived early Monday for smooth install with upmost professional and informed support.. This is the 2nd time with 6 months that Rodmans has delivered beyond expectation! Thank you.PS the only suggestion, would be to provide the loan of small space heaters to support clients during these similar circumstances. vs having to go purchase for one-time purpose.
Wanted to share that Rodman's customer service is outstanding.I requested a change be made to the venting from the new furnace they installed, long after the work had been completed and paid for.They complied without charging any additional fees and were very professional throughout the process.I highly recommend this company.
Rodman's provided outstanding service when our furnace went down this past weekend. The office staff and service tech's are responsive, prompt and professional. We purchased a new furnace from Rodman's and am happy they are selling a locally made product (Napoleon / Continental) to promote Canadian industry. I highly recommend Rodman's for their professional service and quality product.
