Technician came to my condo site as scheduled. He conducted a thorough diagnostic of my heat pump. He determined there were 2 faulty components which he replaced and provided an explanation of the purpose for each.This technician made me feel very comfortable during this process, gaining my confidence in his ability to make this repair in a timely manner while proving a very fair quote.I would definitely recommend Shax HVAC especially for heat pumps as in my case
Sajad was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable taking the time to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing the issue. He went over and above what was required to fix my hvac system including even cleaning out a the old fan enclosure and ensuring all existing wiring was re wrapped and neatly stored inside my wall unit. The price was more fair than any other company I had spoke with and used in the past and I would highly recommend this company.

The service that we received was very professional from start to finish. Our furnace was thoroughly inspected and the issues were pointed out to us. We were given the option of continuing to use our 25 year old furnace after the repairs or have a new one put in. We were never pressured into making a decision, however, we are very thankful for the educational information in helping us make our decision, which was to change our furnace. The new, high-efficiency furnace was installed without any issues. The installers were professional and did an amazing job. Our fins is working beautifully! Thank you guys for a terrific experience!
