JOE was so knowledgeable, very impressive.
He even pointed out other issues, they we should be aware of to be addressed at some point.
He did explain the Gold Membership but did not push and knew when his explanation was enough.
My landlord was on speaker phone listening the entire time and appreciated him explaining everything.

Our furnace was not working yesterday. I called and left Echols a meassage first thing in the morning. I received a return call within about an hour. The representative was extremely helpful and courteous. With the extreme cold temperatures in our area, she indicated that their schedule was full but that she would do her best to accommodate our service request asap. Within 3 hours, our repair technician, Jake C, arrived at our home. Jake was absolutely impressive. He took the time to fully diagnose and repair our furnace, answering any questions I had along the way. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Jake and the Echols team. Thank you!
