I had a great experience with them today! Booking an appointment was super convenient, they were very responsive. They texted me and gave me a courtesy call as the technician was on his way, there was no mystery about the time he would arrive. My concern was quickly and thoroughly addressed by Joseph, then he inspected my entire system, showing me how to maintain it myself. He even took the time to pull out a filter that had fallen into my inside unit. Very knowledgeable, professional, and humble. Excellent customer service in my opinion. They even had a first time customer discount…I would highly recommend them.
Really appreciate the honesty of our service tech, John S. He saved us from potentially spending money that we didn’t need to. John immediately pointed out the real issue was literally some loose duct tape and not an issue with the blower motor. So rather than getting upsold and upset - we’ll happily be using Winds of Valley for future service :)
With the impending snow storm, I was thankful you were able to come out today. John was great. Came out explained the diagnostic fee, of which I was already aware, but appreciated him mentioning. He had the unit up and running in no time and it was a reasonable price.
I was experiencing issues with my furnace, I looked through Yelp and came across this company with high ratings and I now understand why. They sent their technician John out with the hour and he was able to diagnose the issue and get it working again. John was very informative and polite. I would use this company again and will definitely be recommending them to others.
