I would give the tech Shelby a five star rating. She was very professional very friendly explained what she was doing every step of the way just very professional. However, I would rate the company at two. I spent two days waiting the entire day for them to come, and there was a no-show. Two entire days I waited. Not good work policy not good business management. The AI equipment they have answering is not working properly.
What a terrific experience, thanks to Edwin Stipe and the terrific professionalism provided by Brian. He was extremely thorough as he checked all of our plumbing throughout our home AND outside. Our home is 108 years old so you might imagine that checking our plumbing can take extra time’. But the quality of work, the level of experience and the tremendous quality of work provided is just one of the many, many reasons we have ALWAYS reached to Edwin Stipe when we have plumbing issues. They have been providing us with quality workmanship for our problems since 1999. In a word … Excellent!
I was so impressed with Shelby! She was very thorough and took her time to explain things to me. Other technicians have complained about the tight spot that they need to crawl through to get to our unit but Shelby said it was no big deal and its just part of the job. I will most likely be requesting for Shelby to be the tech to come to our home from now on! We highly recommend her!
Shelby was so knowledgeable and courteous. She found the problem right away and she repaired our oil furnace with ease! She found what numerous techs were unable to do! Not only did she solve the problem but treated us professionally and respectfully. She is a five star technician and we were very impressed with her skills in troubleshooting and technical expertise. I’ve been a customer of Edwin Stipe for 11 years, on a service plan. All of the techs I have had come to me home over the years have been great. Most recently Roly Calero was at my home several time over the last two weeks helping me troubleshoot an issue with my furnace. He was a wonderful help and gave me great advice that ultimately helped get to the bottom of the issue. I can’t recommend Roly enough!
