Ty has done 3 jobs for me at 3 different times.2 years ago, he fixed my broken heater in the winter,Fixed a toilet that 2 other plumbers could not. We recently contacted Integrity for a shower faucet replacement. From the start, Integrity was highly professional and communicative. They helped us understand the proper hardware that we needed, and were prompt with scheduling this work. When on site, they were respectful of our home, kept us updated on the installation and cleaned up after themselves. Prior to departing they made sure we understood how to operate the new fixture. The technician was punctual and great communication. The technician was able to find root cause of our oil heat and was trying there best to come up with affordable solutions. Ty is the best. He installed our mini-splits a few years ago, and the process was smooth and easy. We recently had an issue with one of the indoor units, Ty helped me try to diagnose the issue over the phone (and taught me a bunch about these units). When that didn't work, he came out on short notice, diagnosed the problem quickly, talked with us about the options to fix it, and executed the solution. Always fair, transparent prices and great service.
