We had a new furnace and heat pump installed last year. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The system has run flawlessly.The user-friendly thermostat they installed works great, and even has an app, so you can easily control the thermostat from your phone.The Daikin furnace that we installed utilizes 20 x 23 x 1“ filters, which is an odd size, so you have to order them online. Not available at Lowe’s or Home Depot.Heebee recently came and did a complete and thorough check up of all the components of the system. I appreciate his professionalism and friendly manner.In fact every time we call, the people on the phone are friendly and helpful. We recommend Jack Lehr.
