My old Lennox AC finally died, and my regular company quoted me $6,000 for a replacement Carrier unit. He quoted a Lennox ML17XC1 17 SEER system with coil for $6,058, plus a $600 Costco Cash Card and my Executive rebate, making it an even better deal than my regular company’s quote. Financing was also fast and easy. The next morning, Thomas and Brandon arrived on time, wore shoe covers, and worked through lunch to finish the installation. They were polite, professional, and did excellent work. 4 Seasons handled the permit process and kept me updated throughout. A week later, I received my Costco Cash Card exactly as promised. Excellent service all around! Jim gave us our consult and we quickly felt comfortable interacting with him. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Both technicians as well, Carlos and my memory has failed on the other gentleman’s name but both of them were amazing as well. For Costco members, it you have a Costco membership and use the membership to purchase an HVAC the price is unbeatable! 4 Seasons has gained a lifetime customer. What a top notch company 4 Seasons Heating & Air is to work with! From start to finish, sales to installation and customer service, the expertise and professionalism has exceeded our expectations. We bought our house a few years ago, knowing that we would eventually need to replace our 3 older HVAC systems. Daniel Leggett educated us on the new technology and best options to meet our needs. We decided to go ahead and purchase 2 Lennox systems. The installation was scheduled swiftly and within a week, 2 crews arrived to set us up. Joel, Benny, Thomas & Brandon were amazing! We were impressed by their knowledge, skill, and courteous customer service. They took time to answer all our questions, do a thorough clean-up, and give us a final walk-thru of the new equipment. Benny went out of his way to introduce us to our new Smart Thermostat. A special shoutout to these guys for an excellent installation! Communication has been excellent, as well. We reached out to Customer Service, and Kayla took care of us right away. We are very happy that we selected 4 Seasons and would highly recommend this company to our neighbors!
