Top of the line professional installation for a new mini-split. Great communication throughout the process and very efficient and quality workmanship. The owner, Daniel worked side by side with the technician, Michael to get the work done. The fact that the owner not only oversaw the installation but performed it himself just shows the commitment to quality and love for the job. You can tell there is a genuine commitment to the customer and the final result. We are very pleased and happy to have chosen Snow Bear for the job and will definitely recommend them going forward.

Simon, with Snow Bear, came yesterday to install our new toilet we purchased from Home Depot. He did an excellent job. He even texted this morning to make sure everything was okay and said to let him know if there was any problems. He is very respectful and considerate. I would recommend him anytime.
My ac quit working and my family was complaining. I reached out to Snow Bear Heat and Air. Daniel arrived quickly. He was super efficient. Dianosed the issue and had the part that went bad, in his truck. He replaced it . The AC was back on in no time. Want to thank you Daniel. Best AC service I have ever experienced. Efficient, friendly, and honest.
This business appears to be a scam. I was referred to them by home depot. Someone claiming to be "Karen with the heating and air conditioning department" sent me a text, saying that they tried calling, however I had no calls from them. I went to home depot and they said they don't have anyone by that name. When I questioned the person texting me she said I could call, and gave me a different number than what home depot gave me, and different from the number she was texting from. I went to the address listed on Google and Snowbear's website. It is a business park, but I could not locate their business and they are not listed on the directory. If this is a "legitimate" business, they sure don't act like one. They have all the signs of a fly by night scam business. I would not allow them in my home and I am now worried that they have my name, address and credit card information. I would not use them under any circumstances.
