We hired Randy for a pretty convoluted water-based furnace and a/c system and he was fantastic. Always prompt, l polite, and so knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone and everyone.
Randy is clearly a very thoughtful and experienced HVAC technician. This was definitely the best experience we've ever had with HVAC repair and maintenance. I will definitely call this group again when we need HVAC maintenance and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
Randy and Ben are awesome and come highly recommended. Although our furnace/AC/water heater were operating, I knew the end of life was near and wanted to take care up updating everything before we had an issue. Randy came out and we discussed the best options. Talk about a no hard sell. Randy gave me his honest opinion about what to do and what equipment to go with. He doesn't try to upsell you on anything.I later asked if he could replace the sump pump...no problem. I also wanted to replace the humidifier with a new unit. No problem. The night before they came out, I realized that we had a 50gal tank and texted Randy at like 9:00 PM to see if they could do a 50 gal vs. a 40 gallon tank....No problem. Ben and Randy came out and were able to get the furnace, AC, water heater, humidifier, thermostat, and sump pump done in one day! Total cost was very reasonable. Everything is running well with no issues. Randy and Ben are the type of guys you can trust and I highly recommend them.
Four Seasons has serviced my appliances for years. I would only trust my churches Boiler to them as well as my home. They have fixed my furnace several times even on a Saturday night in 20° weather. They replaced my boiler in 2017. They are the only ones I would trust. Thank you, Randy and all your guys
Update: 7/1/22I wanted to leave another review but am only able to modify the previous one. We had requested service from them again, our AC was not working properly, blowing cool air but without any real force.Once again stellar service in every way. I was contacted via phone as the repair was ongoing, we were kept up to date on the potential costs and what was being done. The best part, Randy never tried to up sell, even when parts could have been replaced he was reluctant to do so. Amazing. In this day and age when everyone is out to make a buck he's an honest man. Please do yourself a favor and try them out. You will not be disappointed.2 years ago:Amazing service and SUPER easy scheduling. Other AC companies take note!We lost our AC about a week back and had to deal with 85+ degree temps in the house. Called around and around, asked friends and family. After attempting to get a call back from multiple companies we found Four Seasons and their super easy scheduling system. Honestly, we were a little skeptical that using such a feature would work out but lo and behold the next morning they stopped by on schedule and on time. Amazing.I was at work but my wife gave me the play by play on what was happening. He was super friendly and prompt, didn't try to up sell my wife and identified the issue quickly. Bad capacitor & fried wires. He made the fix and with all costs it was less than $500 for the fix, repair and inspection. Amazing.Thank you to the whole Four Seasons team, keep up the good work you guys! You have now have two new, and happy clients!
