The service department at Coastal is just wonderful! You get an appointment pretty quickly, the techs show up within the time frame they say they will, and they are very professional. My system had a couple factory issues at first, but they kept working at it until it was perfect. I can’t see myself ever using any other company!
I contacted Coastal Heating for maintenance service on my furnace, since it was overdue and making a squeaky noise when running. They scheduled me for the next day. Brian was a knowledgeable technician, very thorough, and also explained my remaining warranty, though no repairs were needed during this visit. I experienced excellent service and would not hesitate to contact Coastal for my future HVAC needs.
I learned a valuable lesson. After calling out ARS to fix my carrier unit, 5 visits, a lot of $ spent it was still malfunctioning. I called carrier customer service they provided me the name of Coastal Heating out of Annapolis as one of their dealer certified technicians. They came out and correctly diagnosed the issue, made repairs and unit has been running great. I highly recommend them for your HAVC needs.
