Elite Air hands down the best. Tony was so professional and upfront and honest. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was getting a new unit placed on my roof along with getting a new roof. He communicated with the roofer to make sure they would work together and not get in the way and so my new roof would be placed around my new unit. This took extra stress off me. I was so thankful to have found his company. His crew members Nick and the other guy were fantastic as well. They went above the job requirements and even impressed the person that came to test my vents. I will recommend this company to my family, friends, colleagues or anyone looking for a/c repair, or replacements. They know what they are doing and will not steal the customers money. Honest men doing honest work.
I put off writing a review 3 years too long. The reason being is because I wanted to have an updated version, so customers know what they have to look forward to.Hands down, EXCEPTIONAL WORK.1st time 3 years ago we called around for our heater issue, got quotes from different company’s, who either over charged on quote or attempted to sell us a new unit. Tony knew exactly what was wrong and additionally gave the best quote, so we went ahead with elite climate control.Elite came out, did the job in a timely manner, great communication and fixed the problem. Called again recently for an issue with our air conditioner and same great experience as the first. Give Tony and his team at Elite climate control a call, can’t go wrong.
Tony, the owner of Elite Climate Control, was phenomenal! My AC unit was blowing hot air in the main house and our guest house. I needed it fixed quickly because I have a husky that I need to keep cool for summer. Tony was my 3rd call for quotes. Let me tell you, third time is a CHARM! I had called two other AC companies and they both told me I needed brand new units and coils which would put me well over 20k. However, I found Tony through a recommendation and he replaced two capacitors and said that everything else was working fine and there was no need to purchase new units. Tony also taught me how to rinse down the coils to my units so that way it keeps the air flowing nicely. Tony helped me save $23,000! He is the biggest blessing. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. For any future AC/Heating needs I will be sure to call Tony. He saved me from the other companies trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Tony and his company are a rare gem to come by in the desert. Give them a call! Thank you, Tony! ????
Tony and Nick came on short notice to our business on a hot day. They were very friendly and professional. He found out that our ac issue was minor and instead of charging me, he showed me how to fix it so I wouldn't get ripped off in the future. From now on I will only call Tony for any ac needs and I would highly recommend him. Thank you.
I called and spoke with Tony at Elite Climate Control about replacing my 40 year old rooftop HVAC system. He made an appointment with me for the following day. He and his technician Nick were on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He asked me about my current heating and cooling efficiency and recommended a slightly larger unit that would better suit my family's needs. He knows his stuff - it was the perfect choice. Tony gave me an estimate the same day, it was very reasonable and below the other quotes I received. I was surprised that once I gave the OK he was able to perform the installation only 2 days later. 2 days?? WOW, that's fast! The day of the installation, Tony and his technicians, Nick and Josh were on time and began preparing everything for the crane that was to arrive a few hours later. Tony, Nick, and Josh had everything ready to place the new unit when the crane arrived. These guys worked like a well oiled machine throughout the whole installation process. The installation was completed in one day and the unit works perfectly. Tony and his crew did a terrific job and I highly recommend them for any of your AC / heating needs. Next up is a new roof.
